Blogiversary 4
Looks like I missed my fourth blogiversary - it’s hard to believe that this blog has been running for four years. The first, second and third blogiversary posts detail early changes in this blog.
I guess now that I’ve entered my fifth year of ELT blogging that I can safely say that I am a veteran blogger with few ELT oriented blogs around for the same amount of time as mine.

Congrats! Don’t know how you managed it, but long may you continue! I sometimes feel like I’m running out of steam after 7 months…

Thanks Alex. I used to write 4-5 times a week but have slowed down a little. Keeping up that pace would have lead to burnout and I’m sure that’s part of what contributed to Katie’s retirement from blogging - she truly was a force to be reckoned with.
Anyhow, if you’re getting tired, slow down or take a break and come back refreshed. Another thing I’ve done is opened up guest blogging. I’ve had a few, but no repeats. Ultimately I would like to have 1-3 semi-regular guest writers in addition to myself.

Happy fourth anniversary, EFL Geek! I wish you many more to come. You have done a great job of keeping going, if I can use such a construction in English!
